As a business traveler seeking a coastal retreat, the Sonesta offered a mixed bag. While the location was convenient and the beds comfortable, the maintenance issues were a letdown—think leaky toilets and a malfunctioning oven. The business center was adequately equipped, allowing for a seamless remote work experience, but the lack of clarity among staff was troubling. I arrived to find my room not properly cleaned, which created unnecessary stress. Despite the challenges, the express check-in and -out helped streamline the process, and 24-hour security gave a sense of safety. The fitness center and seasonal outdoor pool were decent for downtime. It can serve business needs but definitely needs improvement.
